Facebook is redesigning its layout. Things are going to look very different after tonight. Facebook is going to roll it out slowly, so some people will see it before others. You can see a preview of the new layout at www.new.facebook.com. You might have to have the facebook developer application installed.
Of you can read about it here.

Not a big fan of this new layout. The combination mini-feed/wall is too wide now. I’m a fan of white space when it’s used properly, but this new grid (if in fact the page layout is on a grid) gives too much real estate to the things that should have less.
If they are combining these to items, they should allow you to move things in your profile to be above the Wall.
That said, there are some good things that they are adding to the site, but they are application/information based. The graphic layout still needs a lot of work.

Not a fan. Prefer the old style.

I have not been on Facebook for long, but I like the new layout. The old was busy as heck!
