For those of you who are Richmond colleagues of mine, this might send you down memory lane- good thing or not.

Our law skills classes last spring had us representing a side concerning a blind woman who wanted to use a casino’s website. One of the cases many of us used involved Target defending itself against the National Federation of the Blind.

Ran across a couple of articles last night discussing how Target has settled with the organization.
